okyplay Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using the Platform
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the okyplay platform. By registering an account or using any part of this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing okyplay at okyplay.bet, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform — including sports betting, slot games, live casino, or any payment function — you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. 3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may hold only one account on okyplay. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and for keeping your account details current.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. okyplay will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you should change your password immediately and contact support through your account dashboard.
Account transfers, sales, or sharing of login access with third parties are strictly prohibited. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using okyplay, you agree to the following obligations and usage rules:
- You will use the platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes and not for commercial gain or professional gambling operations.
- You will not engage in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, or any other activity that gives you or another person an unfair advantage.

okyplay monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate suspected violations. Any confirmed breach of these usage rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets or transactions, and permanent closure of the account.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on the okyplay platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings — are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). There is no currency conversion applied to Philippine Peso accounts. The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in your account dashboard and are subject to change.
Deposits are credited to your account after confirmation from the relevant payment channel. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification requirements. okyplay reserves the right to request documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may be subject to delays caused by third-party payment providers beyond okyplay's control.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment channels accepted by okyplay. Transactions made through unaccepted channels may not be recognised, and okyplay bears no liability for funds sent to incorrect payment destinations. Deposited funds are used solely for gaming purposes on the platform and are not held in a separate trust account.
okyplay reserves the right to withhold or reverse transactions if fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms is suspected. You have the right to request a review of any such decision through the account support process.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
okyplay provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okyplay disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. okyplay does not guarantee that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or technical faults.
okyplay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from technical failures, payment processing delays, or account access issues beyond okyplay's reasonable control.
Regarding account suspension and closure:
- okyplay reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if a violation of these terms is suspected or confirmed.
- If an account is closed due to a breach by the user, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
- Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules before the balance is released.
- okyplay may also close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable notice procedures.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Content, and Changes to Terms
All content on the okyplay platform — including but not limited to logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, design elements, software, and data — is the intellectual property of okyplay or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any platform content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
The okyplay platform may reference or link to third-party services, including payment processors. okyplay does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
okyplay may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
